This three day events combines live music all weekend with Larry Joe Taylor & Friends, then a CASI sanctioned chili cook-off in the park on Saturday, 8/15.
New this year: the New Mexico State Green Chile Championship! The chili cook-off consists of four categories: CASI Red, Green Chile, Salsa, and Open.
CASI and Green winners will be determined by a panel of judges. All other categories will be judged by "Peoples Choice" ballots at the event.
