3 tablespoons broth (vegetable or chicken)
Batch of garden peas, about 1-2 cups
Mediterranean dressing (see next recipe)
Heat broth or water in a stainless steel skillet. Once bubbles begin to form, add garden peas, cover and sauté for three minutes. Transfer to a bowl and toss with Mediterranean dressing.
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together in a bottle.
