Ingredients
- Pre-made agua de jamaica/hibiscus tea (chilled)
- Sparkling water (plain or ginger flavored)
- Pomegranate seeds
- Orange for fresh juice
- Herbs for garnish
- Deseed your pomegranate and put the arils into ice cube trays. Freeze until solid.
- Make agua de jamaica and chill it in the fridge. (Check out this recipe.)
- Add eight cups of agua de jamaica to a pitcher.
- Add eight cups of sparkling water to the pitcher, cut and squeeze an orange over the pitcher, stir well.
- Taste and decide if you want any more orange juice or sparkling water.
- Add ice to glasses and pour the spritz over. Garnish with a spring of rosemary or mint.
