Pomegranate Hibiscus Spritz

Ingredients

  • Pre-made agua de jamaica/hibiscus tea (chilled)
  • Sparkling water (plain or ginger flavored)
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Orange for fresh juice
  • Herbs for garnish
  1. Deseed your pomegranate and put the arils into ice cube trays. Freeze until solid.
  2. Make agua de jamaica and chill it in the fridge. (Check out this recipe.)
  3. Add eight cups of agua de jamaica to a pitcher.
  4. Add eight cups of sparkling water to the pitcher, cut and squeeze an orange over the pitcher, stir well.
  5. Taste and decide if you want any more orange juice or sparkling water.
  6. Add ice to glasses and pour the spritz over. Garnish with a spring of rosemary or mint.
